We have an exciting announcement to share! IAM expert Paul Figura has joined the Indigo Consulting team as Chief Architect. With nearly two decades of Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise, Paul has developed a robust skillset and deep IAM expertise across a wide variety of product suites and deployment environments.

Introducing Paul Figura

Paul’s IAM career first started in 2008, and since then he has continuously demonstrated his deep understanding of the many critical aspects of Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Management and Governance. We believe this expertise provides Paul with a unique perspective on the industry, providing him with a solution-oriented approach capable of tackling even the most complex IAM deployments.

Prior to rejoining Indigo Consulting, Paul made significant contributions to the growth and evolution of the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience at UKG. His biggest accomplishments included: 

• Spearheading the adoption of identity standards 
• Leading transformative projects with vendors 
• Providing guidance to a large team of professionals 
• Making an instrumental impact on the CIAM landscape at UKG
  
  

Now, as Paul returns to Indigo Consulting, he’s committed to leveraging his expertise and unique skill set to drive the next way of IAM mentorship, service quality, and innovation at Indigo. Paul’s arrival provides our teams with direct access to a skilled industry veteran, while his passion for customer success will allow our customers to achieve their IAM goals as they navigate the ever-evolving landscape of identity management.
