What you’ll do:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IAM QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IAM solutions, with a focus on identity management and governance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and address any potential software defects or issues. Your expertise in identity management and governance, coupled with your experience with Xray software, will contribute to the improvement of our offerings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IAM systems, with a focus on identity management and governance.
- Utilize your experience with Xray software to perform thorough testing and analysis of identity management and governance functionalities.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and provide valuable input during the design and development stages.
- Perform thorough testing of identity management and governance functionalities to ensure the stability and accuracy of IAM solutions.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, following up with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to communicate testing progress, results, and any potential risks.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Specialist or similar role, preferably in an IAM system integrator company.
- Strong understanding of identity management and governance concepts, including user lifecycle management, role-based access control, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for identity management and governance functionalities.
- Experience with Xray software and its application in software testing.
- Familiarity with testing IAM solutions, such as user provisioning, access request and approval workflows, and access certification.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of security standards and protocols, such as OAuth, SAML, or OpenID Connect.
