Strengthening Customer Success and Service Delivery: Indigo Consulting Canada Welcomes Monika and Mathieu to the Team!
As our team at Indigo Consulting Canada continues to grow and adapt to the evolving needs of our clients, we recognize the importance of attracting top talent to help us solve complex IAM challenges and provide exceptional service. We are delighted to announce the recent expansion of our team as we remain committed to enhancing customer success and delivery. In line with this commitment, we are proud to welcome two new members to our Client Delivery Success Team: Monika and Mathieu.
Introducing Monika Labner
Monika has recently joined us as a Client Delivery Executive, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT to the company. Monika has developed a wealth of expertise throughout her career in the areas of account and sales management, agile project and delivery management and change management. Monika has worked at both global and Canadian organizations like Desjardins, ForgeRock, Gartner, Bell Canada and IBM. She holds a MBA and professional certifications, including Prosci Change Management Certification and Certified SAFe Agilist.
Monika’s most recent roles include Regional Director at ForgeRock, where she gained an in-depth understanding of IAM technologies and processes, and Lead Change Manager at Desjardins assigned to the Omnichannel transformation program.

We are also thrilled to announce that Mathieu, an IAM leader with over 15 years of experience, is joining our team as a Client Delivery Executive. Mathieu brings extensive knowledge of IAM, IGA, and PAM projects, as well as a proven track record of success in leading large-scale security and governance initiatives.
In his previous role as Director of Governance and Security Architecture at a Financial Insurance company, Mathieu managed tier-one projects, including the writing and implementation of a normative security framework. He led a multidisciplinary GIA team of over 105 professionals and successfully delivered three main project axes: EIAM, HPAM, and CIAM. Furthermore, Mathieu redesigned the mode of service delivery and operations, resulting in increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Mathieu is a sought-after speaker in the industry and has presented in partnership with Beyond Trust and Sailpoint at the Navigate 2022 conference.
